RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All merchandise in its original condition can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Item(s) can be returned or exchanged for store credit only. Unless there is fault by Anima Iris LLC. If we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage.
To return your item, you must request a return label. The cost of the label, not to exceed $7, will be deducted from your store credit. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name so that we can process the return.
Any item marked as final sale, or any item that is a reserve/custom item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, you will be emailed a store credit in the amount of your purchase, less the initial shipping cost and the shipping cost to return the item (not to exceed $7).
Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back, depending on stock availability.In the event of any defects or concerns, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your happiness is our priority and we will work swiftly to resolve any issues.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, we are able to change your order as long as it has not yet left our facility. Please email customer care, email@example.com, as soon as possible to adjust any details. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed. Please note that once your item has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.
