In the event of any defects or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your happiness is our priority and we will work swiftly to resolve any issues and get you a new replacement.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Item(s) can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Unless there is fault by Anima Iris LLC. If we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage.
To return your item, you must request a return label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If our quality control team has approved the returned stock, you will be emailed a store credit in the amount of your purchase, less the initial shipping cost and the full shipping cost to return the item.
Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back, depending on stock availability and according to our shipping policy.
Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order online before your order is shipped.
Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your order so you can make a new order and or receive store credit.
When your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.
Once you request the cancellation of any item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2 - 3 business days to cancel the order.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Please note that whenever you cancel, we can only provide store credit only as we cannot provide refunds
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will complete the cancellation and your store credit will be emailed to you.
